  Backgrounds

  Transporters hold a key role in drug disposition, however, their impact on renal clearance (CL_R) has been less studied, particularly in children (Brouwer 2015).

  Aims

  Using physiology-based simulations we investigate the impact of transporters activity (CL_s,int) and their ontogeny (TO) on CL_R.
