    Our previous study showed that nicotine and tar-removed cigarette smoke extract (CSE) significantly inhibited tumor cell growth in vitro, and CSE also significantly decreased metastatic lesions in the liver after the injection of Colon-26 cells into the spleen of BALB/c mice.
