  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

     It is difficult to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs into the aqueous phase of liposome due to their low water solubility. Albumin can bind a wide variety of hydrophobic substances, which characteristics enable hydrophobic substances to increase the solubility in water.
