    Targeted delivery of therapeutic nanoparticles into cells is an important pharmacological challenge, We wish to preferentially deliver siRNA as gene therapy to diseased cells. We seek to address this via the design of nanoparticle delivery systems for siRNA delivery using gold nanpparicles (AuNPs).
