  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecologic cancer in the Western world. Recently, it has been reported that GPC-3 gene was overexpressed specifically in ovarian cancer. We focused on availability of GPC-3 gene silencing for ovarian cancer therapy used by siRNA delivery systems.
