Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)are one of the most commonly used medications. NSAIDs are not without safety concerns, most notably their cardiovascular (CV)and gastrointestinal(GI) adverse events. Patients with diabetes are at higher risk of CV and symptomatic, uncomplicated or complicated gastrointestinal events
