Background
Nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy is an important side effect that compromises patients' quality of life being necessary to relieve these effects through the administration of antiemetics. Some cancer patients have some degree of hepatic impairment (HI) and dosage adjustment of these drugs are required.
