Backgrounds
Desloratadine, is a highly reactive compound which shows incompatibility with most commonly used excipients, and also, exposed to high temperature and humidity, degrades to N-formyl-desloratadine and shows discoloration.
Aims
The aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of various formulation factors, on the stability and quality.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
