Backgrounds
Targeted delivery of therapeutic nanoparticles into cells is an important pharmacological challenge, We wish to preferentially deliver siRNA as gene therapy to diseased cells. We seek to address this via the design of nanoparticle delivery systems for siRNA delivery using gold nanpparicles (AuNPs).Aims
We seek to generate multivalent.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
