Background
DOAC approved for prevention of ischaemic stroke for nonvalvular AF (NVAF) patients. DOAC offer clearly attractive features such as fixed dose and lack of required blood monitoring. However, dose adjustments of DOAC are recommended. In clinical practice, the dose reductions were often not based on manufactures labelling.Methods
