Backgrounds
Various idiosyncratic adverse drug reactions have been reported to be associated with human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genotypes, however; the underlying molecular mechanisms of these associations have remained to be elucidated. To date, the detailed mechanisms were demonstrated only in the case of abacavir-induced hypersensitivity.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
