Backgrounds
Malaria disease especially caused by Plasmodium falciparum is very potential to cause death. Treatment by conventional drug results drug resistance and non-specific targeting in intracellular parasite. An alternative strategy to solve the problem is the use ODN that specifically targets to genes in Plasmodium falciparum.
