Background
Rater-based assessment has resulted in high cognitive demands for assessors within health professionals’ education. Rating quality may be influenced by the mental workload required of assessors to complete rating tasks.Methods
A systematic review was conducted for English-language articles using the databases PubMed, EMBASE, and google.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
