ABCG2 is a regulator of the pharmacokinetics of several kinds of drugs and serum uric acid (SUA) levels in humans. This transporter is expressed in many tissues, such as the intestine.Aims
Despite the pharmacological and physiological importance of this transporter, there have been no clinically available modulators of ABCG2 function...
