Backgrounds
Risperidone (RSP) is an antipsychotic drug that has been widely used in patients suffering from schizophrenia and other related dipolar mania.
Aims
The aim of this study is to prepare appropriate PLA/PPAd blends for microencapsulation and controlled release of risperidone drug.
Methods
Polymer blends between PLA and PPAd have been prepared
