Gastric achlorhydria and variation in bile excretion have been shown to affect the absorption of oral drugs.Aims
To better understand these factors we have developed 3 biorelevant dissolution media reflecting achlorhydric gastric conditions and fasted intestinal conditions with low and high bile contents. The media was used to measure.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
