  • Abstract:

The patent system was established to incentivize the inventors of new technologies to reveal the secret of their inventions in exchange for the market monopolization. This is to compensate for the cost of invention. It was expected that the IP systems would stimulate more inventions to get better technologies to benefit the health of the people.
