  Background information: According to the statistical analysis of Taiwan Society of Nephrology, Taiwan once had the world's highest incidence of patients' hemodialysis.The purpose of this study is to analyze the kidney failure ratio between the generic and brand name after taking allopurinol of patients with gout within 5 years of the study.
