• Abstract:

  An important role of the community pharmacists is to judge the information given on prescriptions and perform interventions when appropriate. A reliable system for recording of pharmaceutical interventions is needed in order to evaluate the work of the pharmacist as well as the quality of the information given on prescriptions.
