  • Abstract:

Acetaminophen (paracetamol, N-acetyl-p-aminophenol, APAP) is widely used as an analgesic/antipyretic OTC drug all over the world. Although APAP is safe at therapeutic doses, long-term or excessive use can cause serious liver damage. Therefore, It is very significant to research detoxicant drug on hepatotoxicity induced by acetaminophen.
