    Antibiotics are over prescribed for adults with Group A Strep pharyngitis.  This overprescribing can lead to drug resistance.  A study of community pharmacists, who assessed patient symptoms, calculated a Centor score, conducted a point-of-care rapid diagnostic test, and dispensed appropriate therapy showed that antibiotic dispensing was
