Backgrounds
An effective combination of drugs promoting anti-angiogenesis and apoptosis effects has proven to be a promising collaborative tumor antidote; and the co-delivery of small interfering RNA (siRNA) alongside conventional cytotoxic drugs within one efficient vehicle has gained more attentions over single regimen administration.
