  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

A nine cyclic peptide (TCP-1) showed an excellent specificity to colorectal cancer with diameter as small as 2 mm in our previous work.

    Aims

To study the target-mediated metabolic characteristics and the specificity to colorectal cancer (CRC) of the new peptide TCP-1.

    Methods

Pharmacokinetics of TCP-1 in both mice and tumor-bearing mice
