    Backgrounds

    Nanosupensions provide benefits to improve saturation solubility, dissolution and permeability of drugs related to their nanosized particles.

    Aims

    The objective of this study was to evaluate cytotoxic effect and permeability of ritonavir nanosuspension on Caco-2 cells in comparison with coarse ritonavir powder and physical mixtures.
