    Background

    The Chronic Medication Service (CMS) is a core part of the community pharmacy contract in Scotland and aims to improve pharmaceutical care for people with long term conditions (LTCs) hence it is essential pharmacy students understand CMS.  This work designed, delivered and evaluated an experiential learning programme (ELP) for pharmacy..
