  • Abstract:

    Background

    The University of Namibia (UNAM) launched a work-based clinical Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in 2016.

    Methods

    A qualitative crossectional study. Semi-structured interviews conducted among the pioneer MPharm students were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. Themes were determined following coding of the interviews.
