  • Abstract:

    Background

    Cognitive service aims to identify and resolve drug therapy problems (DTPs). In Taiwan, lack of remuneration as a barrier brings on low willingness to provide the services.

    Methods

    Data was collected in a regional hospital during 2017. Each service was documented using AABBCC classification system, evaluated for severity of the problems
