  • Abstract:

A new method in quantitative analysis that consisting of specific features of non-linear chemical systems far from thermodynamic equilibrium was applied in order to determine ascorbic acid (A).

This method is based on potentiometric monitoring of the concentration perturbations of the matrix system which is in a non-equilibrium stationary..
