    Dissociation constants of some compounds have been determined using (i) derivative ratio spectrophotometry, (ii) multivariate methods using absorbances and absorbance ratio data. For the PLS method, the training set was constructed by computation using a general formula UAa + DAb where U+D= 1 and Aa and Ab are the absorbances of the completely..
