    Aims: This presentation describes the development/implementation of a collaborative 5-state (USA) pilot program, designed to provide pharmacists with an appreciation for and tools to effectively utilize continuing professional development (CPD) to enhance their personal learning with an additional aim to measure the impact of the pilot.
