  • Abstract:

Introduction: One of the most important aspects of antibiotic therapy is intracellular antibiotic therapy. The main aim of this research is to formulate the co-polymer nanoparticles of Poly-lactic-glycolic-acid and Poly-Ethylene-Glycol loaded with azithromycin. We try to improve the drug delivery of azithromycin for intracellular infections.
