    Background: 

    Dissolution testing can play an important role as an in vitro surrogate for in vivo performance that can guide formulation development and ascertain the need for bioequivalence tests. Selection of the appropriate  in vitro conditions (media and hydrodynamics) that simulate the in vivo conditions can lead to the generation of successful
