  • Abstract:

    It is recently reported that Tramadol is an active ingredient in MDMA sized pills. MDMA is an illicit drug with a similar effect to Tramadol on serotonin system and both of these are metabolized via CYP2D6.
    Accordingly, in this study the interactions of these compounds in concurrent usage are elucidated in rats.
