Improving collaborative care: Strengthening inter- and intra-professional relationships
This digital event explores strategies for improving communication and collaboration between pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals. Participants will learn best practices for inter-professional interactions and improving intra-professional relationships to optimise patient care. We will also highlight the FIP's efforts to promote interprofessional collaborative practice, defined by the WHO as multiple health care professionals from different backgrounds working together with patients and communities to provide the highest quality of care. This webinar will provide valuable tools for improving teamwork and fostering a more cohesive health care environment.
