Activities of the Social and Administrative Pharmacy Section

The section closely cooperates with the Special Interest Group on Pharmacoepidemiology of the Board of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Recent years have shown that the section especially attracts members who are active in professional organisations and in health care and drug policy. Therefore the Section initiated the International Survey of Pharmaceutical Policy and meanwhile submitted the final report. A new project will focus on an “International Exploration of the Status of Homeopathic Drugs: Regulatory, Clinical and Commercial Aspects”.

During the FIP congress the section organizes interesting programs and social events for its members often in cooperation with other FIP sections or working groups.
