Backgrounds
Clopidogrel, a derivative of thienopyridine, inhibits platelet aggregation through the inhibition of P2Y12 receptor, then used to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. We previously demonstrated that orally administered Clopidogrel inhibited lung metastasis in mice intravenously injected with B16-BL6 mouse melanoma cells.Aims
