Backgrounds
Non-adherence to anti-tuberculosis (TB) treatment is a major cause of treatment failure and of the emergence of drug-resistant TB. Fixed dose combinations (FDCs) have been suggested to improve adherence which is quite low, particularly in paediatric patients. By using an FDC the tablet burden on the patient is reduced, dose calculations ..
