Backgrounds
The emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria is a major health concern due to therapeutic failure of many drugs currently in use against pathogenic microbes. Sortases are transpeptidases that occur in almost all Gram-positive bacteria and playing a very important role in virulence and infection.Aims
