Many controversial associations between various genetic polymorphisms and side effects of CPT-11 (neutropenia and diarrhea) have been reported.Aims
The purpose of this study is to develop a physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model to gain insight into the factors associated with side effects of CPT-11 using a virtual clinical ..
