Backgrounds
Evaluation of drug supersaturation propensity helps selecting a delivery strategy for poorly soluble drugs. Supersaturation can be induced by different methods, e.g. solvent shift, pH shift and dissolution of amorphous solids; however, similarities between these methods have not yet been assessed.
