Backgrounds
S-propargyl-cysteine (SPRC) is an endogenous modulator of H2S. It has proved strong cardioprotective, anti-inflammtory and tumor suppressive effects.Aims
To produce stable and sustainable H2S, we developed liposomal SPRC and studied the cardioprotective effects on HF rats. Methods
The charged lipids sterylamine (SA) and dicetylphosphate.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
