Imatinib mesylate (IM) has been used in the treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST) patients. However, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of IM may considerably vary due to the genetic polymorphisms of its drug-metabolizing enzymes, transporter and nuclear receptor.Aims
