Backgrounds
The meager bioavailability (<5%) of conventional eye drops is one of the major concern for pharmaceutical technology. It has been reported that the use of in situ gelling systems can overcome this low bioavailability of lipohilic drugs such as voriconazole(VCZ).Aims
