Backgrounds
Chitosan(CS) received more attention as small interfering RNA(siRNA )delivery carrier because of its low toxicity and biodegradable, however, extensive application of chitosan in gene therapy was limited due to its low transfection efficiency.
Aims
To prepare siRNA delivery carrier with high transfection efficiency.Methods
